- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

- Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced, repaired, or refunded as required by law.
- We cannot accept returns for perishable goods (such as plants or food), personalised items, or gift vouchers unless they are faulty.
