How this item reaches you depends on what it is.
Garden furniture and other large items
Delivered locally by our own team in our own van. These are not sent out by courier, because they are pieces we would rather place carefully ourselves than hand to a parcel network.
- Local delivery only. The charge is set by how long the round trip takes us, so it is £15, £20 or £30 depending on your postcode.
- Free on furniture orders over £750.
- Delivered flat–packed as standard. Assembly can be arranged when you order.
- If you are outside our van area we cannot deliver large items, but do get in touch and we will quote you. We can usually help.
Everything else
Christmas trees, decorations, plants, gifts and smaller garden products can go out by courier anywhere on the UK mainland.
- £5.95, or free on orders over £50.
- Sent with DPD, with tracking.
- If you are local you can choose our own van instead at the checkout.
- Gift vouchers go by post on their own, £2.00 first class or £4.00 signed for.
Click & Collect
Free on everything, with no minimum spend. Most orders are ready within 24 to 48 hours and we will email you when yours is waiting.
Enter your postcode at the checkout and the exact charge for your address is shown before you pay. Full detail is on our delivery page.
Freiburg is the densest tree we sell. The branch tips sit close enough together that decorations rest on the foliage instead of dropping through into gaps. If you have ever found an artificial tree looked sparse once it was dressed, this is the answer to that.
Pre-lit: 8 twinkle functions, foot switch and double timer. Hinged branches.
Up to 12 years' Everlands guarantee, subject to registration.
