ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

The quickest and easiest way for us to resolve any issue with your order is through our dedicated e-mail address, orders@warbreck.co.uk.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

To cancel an order that you have made with us, please send an e-mail to orders@warbreck.co.uk, with full details of the order you are cancelling, including the order number. A charge may be made if the cancellation is done after the order or a part of the order has been dispatched.

Under Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order, as long as you contact us no longer than 7 working days after the day on which the goods have arrived. You will receive a full refund, including standard delivery charge. We do charge however for the return delivery back to us. Please see our returns section for details about sending items back to us.

 

RETURNS

You can return anything you are not happy with within a time period of 28 days, provided that you have contacted us no longer than 7 working days after you have received your goods from us. We will not pay for the return of items to us, and you will be responsible for the goods until we receive them. The item must be in its original condition and packaging in order for you to claim a refund.

 

INCORRECT GOODS

If we sent you something that you hadn’t ordered, or if something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days through the contact details above. Please include full details of the problem, along with your order number. Please remember that items may be sent in individual packages and so may arrive separately.

You can return incorrect goods to us within 28 working days unused in its original packaging and you will not be charged.

 

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If any of your order gets damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days through the contact details above. Please include full details of the problem, along with your order number. You can return damaged goods to us within 28 working days and get a replacement or a refund.

 

PROBLEMS WITH PLANTS

If your plant is failing, has a disease, or if you have any other query, send us a message using the contact information above with as much detail as possible. We would also request that you send us a photograph of the plant in order for us to properly diagnose the problem.
