At Warbreck Garden Centre, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for both in-store and online purchases.

ℹ️In-Store Purchases

✅ Returns & Exchanges

- If you change your mind about a product you’ve bought in store, we’re happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
- Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase when returning an item.
- Refunds for change-of-mind purchases are at the discretion of the store manager.

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

- If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Please return the item with proof of purchase as soon as possible.

ℹ️ Online Purchases

Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
- To cancel, email us at info@warbreck.co.uk with your order details.
- You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Conditions for Returns

- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless it is faulty or incorrect.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or not as described:
- Perishable goods (including live plants, cut flowers, or food items)
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Gift vouchers or e-gift cards
- Items purchased in clearance or final sale sections

Large Items, Furniture & Delivered Goods

- Items such as furniture, large planters, or bulky items delivered by us must be returned in the same condition and packaging as delivered.
- Collection of large items may be arranged for a fee if you are unable to return them to the store yourself.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds. Without proof of purchase, we are unable to process your request.

We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

ℹ️ Additional Notes

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- If your item was a gift, refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
